1. SPEECH<\/strong>: 15-minute individual speech from the stand located between two round tables. Possibility to project a presentation, possibly including a short corporate video teaser (max. 2\u2019\u2019) about 5G.<\/p>\n

2. SHORT SPEECH<\/strong>: 2 short speeches in two panels of the round tables scheduled for the 3-day agenda.<\/p>\n

3. VIDEO SPEECH<\/strong>: Video shooting of the speeches and circulation after the event is concluded (social media, website, focus email).<\/p>\n

4. VIDEO INTERVIEW<\/strong>: Interviews to the speakers after the event and circulation after the event is concluded (social media, website, focus email).<\/p>\n

5. PHOTOS & CVs<\/strong>: Publication of the speakers\u2019 pictures together with a short bio on the event website and catalogue (max. 1,000 characters including spaces).<\/p>\n

6. DEMO AREA<\/strong>: A 75-sqm hall is available exclusively for company presentations, workshops and screenings. Sponsors may mount the area with their own equipment. The area is provided with 43-inch 4k monitors, direction computers, modular desks and side workstations with LAN access.<\/p>\n

7. NETWORKING AREA<\/strong>: A 45-sqm hall located opposite Demo Area is available at the sponsor\u2019s sole use, for networking and private meetings (workstations, meeting desks, seats, refreshments). Equipped with monitors.<\/p>\n

8. DIGITAL CORRIDOR<\/strong>: 16 touch-screens, in Portrait 1980 x 1080 px format, to be used to showcase presentations, posters, pictures, audio-video or for surfing the net. The screens are positioned in the digital corridor right next to Networking and Demo Areas.<\/p>\n

9. COMPANY LOGO<\/strong>: The Company Logo will be present on all communication material of the Conference (video teasers, website, catalogue, printed and video material, slides introducing new panels, etc.).<\/p>\n

10. COMPANY DESCRIPTION<\/strong>: A Company description will be published on the event website and catalogue (max. 2,500 characters including spaces).<\/p>\n

11. ADVERTISING PAGE<\/strong>: 1 105 x 148 mm advertising page, published on the event catalogue, handed out during the event (primary position \u2013 inside front concluded, back concluded, inside back concluded, facing page, etc. – as available).<\/p>\n

12. MERCHANDISING<\/strong>: Company merchandising could be handed out at the registration desk and put into the shoppers of the Conference participants (gadgets, block-notes, data sheets \u2013 max. 500 items).<\/p>\n

13. ROLL UP<\/strong>: 2 roll-up displays, one of which will be positioned in the Conference room beside the head table , and the other one in the foyer.<\/p>\n

14. TICKETS<\/strong>: 5 admission tickets included in the package, for clients and\/or partners.<\/p>\n

15. PASSES<\/strong>: Up to 4 PASSES for collaborators.<\/p>\n

16. GALA DINNER<\/strong>: 4 admissions for the gala dinner.<\/p>\n

17. DATABASE<\/strong>: A copy of the participants\u2019 list will be handed in (name, surname, company, email address), for those who have given their consent to transmit their personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n
