ABOUT
Colin has over thirty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most of which has been spent in mobile communications and has included periods working for major infrastructure vendors in Europe, Asia and the USA. In addition to involvement in the large corporate world, Colin also spent time working for a California based start-up as VP of Business Development which involved managing the interface between the large and small of the Business world as well as introducing new technology to the marketplace.
Colin is currently responsible for providing Technical Consultancy for CommScope’s European wireless activities. These activities cover a product portfolio that includes cell site equipment across the RF Path and involves both technical and commercial evaluations of customer requirements, ensuring CommScope’s proposals and roadmaps meet market needs.
Colin has an honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering as well as a post graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance and is an active member of both the IEEE and IET.
