Alessandro Morelli

Professional journalist and outgoing group leader of the Lega in the Milan City Council, in 2018 he was elected to the Italian Chamber of Deputies where he performed his role as President of Transportations and Transport, Post and Telecommunications standing committee until July 2020. From the 1st March of 2021 he holds the position of Vice Minister of Sustainable Infrastructure and Mobility in the Draghi Government. He has been delegated to the coordination of the infrastructures linked to Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics; he’s also delegated on matters concerning rules of the road, smart roads, dams and water infrastructures.
