INWIT’s scope is making the reception of wireless services excellent at all time, assuring any operator’s customers the possibility of having their devices connected.

INWIT ranks among the top twenty Italian firms by capitalization on the Italian Stock Exchange and, 5 years after its listing, the INWIT stock was included in the main national stock index, the FTSE MIB and, in September 2020, in the STOXX Europe 600 (the six hundred most capitalized companies in Europe). INWIT provides an always-furtherreaching coverage of wireless telephony services on the national territory thanks to the constant growth its sites’ number, also depending on the development of new technologies, starting with 5G.

Aiming to the generation of value in a medium-long term perspective and to contribute to the social and economic development of the country, INWIT has undertaken the process towards sustainability by approving, in November 2020, its first Sustainability Plan and releasing an Integrated Report every year. According to this breakthrough, INWIT has resolved to adhere to the principles of the Global Compact devised by the UN on human rights, labour standards, environment and fight against corruption. Moreover, it resolved to embed the ten principles in the company’s strategy, culture and day-today operations.
