  • SPEECHES: The schedule of the speeches (individual or in panel) will be defined based on the requirements of the agenda and the speakers. Participation of the partner company’s CEO is mandatory.
  • VIDEO SPEECHES: Video speeches will be circulated after the event (social media, websites, loyal distribution lists, etc.)
  • VIDEO INTERVIEWS: Speakers will be invited to give post-event interviews. Alternatively, interviews may be conducted via a streaming platform and circulated through social media, website, loyal distribution lists, etc.
  • PHOTOS & CVs: A picture together with a short bio of the speakers (max. 1,000 characters including spaces) will be published on the event website www.5gitaly.eu.
  • ADMISSIONS for partner staff and customers: 20 per day
  • COMPANY LOGO: The Company Logo will be published on all communication material of the Conference (video teasers, website, catalogue, videos, social media, roll-ups, etc.)
  • COMPANY DESCRIPTION: The company description sheet (max. 2,500 characters including spaces) will be published on the event website company page and on the event catalogue.
  • ADVERTISING PAGE ON CATALOGUE: 1 A5 landscape (105 x 148 mm) advertising page will be published on the event catalogue (primary position).
  • COMPANY MERCHANDISING & GADGETS: Company merchandising will be handed out during the event and/or can be downloaded in .pdf format from the Company page.
  • GALA DINNER: Up to 3 admissions will be reserved for the Gala Dinner.
  • COMPANY PAGE ON EVENT WEBSITE: cover image, logo, link to company social media profiles and official website, company presentation, advertising materials downloadable in .pdf format, corporate or promotional videos.
