Vodafone Italy is part of the largest telecommunications group in Europe and Africa. In 2019, Vodafone launched, first in Italy, 5G on the commercial network, which is now available in more than 60 cities. In Milan, Europe’s 5G capital, Vodafone exceeded 90 percent 5G coverage of the population. Vodafone has launched the service in FWA 5G with an offer dedicated to consumers and businesses to give them the same connection possibilities wherever they are: from big cities to small towns and even the most remote villages in the country. Broadband services are now available to 23.3 million households. In addition, services now cover 4.3 million households and businesses through FWA 5G and an additional 1.3 million through FWA 4G.
