Dr Rodolfo Di Muro covers the role of VP Business Development and Product quality in Tiesse S.p.A since 2024, an innovative made in Italy company with strong technical skills and flexibility in solutions customization.

He has more than 25 years of experience covering several roles:  

• Advising on digital transformation in ICT as freelance consultancy in ABC Solutions Consultancy.
• Senior consultancy (advising CTO on monetization, Cloud, 5G, OSS E2E and Edge DC, Organization responsibilities, QoS in 5G operational) as Pre/sales, Solutions Sales Director in Huawei.
• Solution Sales Director (coordinating RFP/ICT/IoT projects cross-country and cross-departments teams, identifying GAP on product solutions, influencing CSP in how to build new services and planning for network transformation), in Huawei as Global sales team.
• Reception for wide CSPs delegation on Huawei show rooms in Shenzhen on the end-to-end portfolio,
• Product Marketing Manager & Director with responsibility of sales and marketing specialist in enabling sales and enhancing market perceptions for End-to-end solution in Transport, Backhauling and RAN, Core Networks,
• Technology strategist and Product strategist in Optical Network with Marconi plc. 

He has been Scrum master in Huawei University, Ericsson Academy for training Sales team, and previously a Professor at Parma University. 

After Graduation in Electronic Engineer, had experience as Research in several universities: Parma University, ENST, UCL, and senior research Manager in Nortel Network. He owns several patents and technical publications. 

He covers a role of Board Member in ICT within Engineering association.  And he is also a Board Member with role of Trustee Director of Ericsson fund.

High level education with PhD from Parma University, MBA from Warwick University and Consulting CMI from Brighton School of Business Management.
