Andrea Pozzolini

Andrea Pozzolini (b. 1959) has been a consultant and accountant at Rhea since 1988. In 2007, he became a member of the Board of Directors, acquiring a helicopter view of the Group’s strategic and business dynamics until he was asked to take on the role of President and CEO of Rhea Vendors Group in 2018.

A corporate consultant for 40 years, Andrea has also been a member of the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors of companies in a variety of sectors of different sizes in which he has performed audit and management control tasks over the years. He has also participated in M&A operations, corporate restructuring and international tax planning.
